This new shape Inter-active sign has been designed to mirror the regulatory maximum speed limit sign (Diag 670) described in the TSR&GD.
These signs are available with a single fixed display or multi variable display. Depending on your requirement the sign could display "30" when positioned at site on a 30mph road, then moved to a site on a 40mph road where the display can be switched to "40".
The sign can alternate between two displays, a speed limit say "30" then the text SLOW DOWN, showing each display for a pre-set period. Or display both speed and SLOW DOWN text at the same time.
Manufactured from aluminium, giving an overall sign depth of 40mm With a standard roundel height of 450mm or 600mm. The signs are light weight reinforced with channel bars, enabling easy fixing to any size post using clips or banding.
The futuristic design of the solid state control gear allows all components to be fully enclosed and water tight within the sign body.
The light output of the directional LED display is controlled via the inbuilt photo cell, achieving best performance whatever the light or weather conditions.
The MVD is discretely positioned within the sign body, showing no external traces of a detector, yet allowing maximum detection. The MVD is easily programmed via a PDA or Laptop computer, the lead is connected to the underside of the sign which makes on-site adjustment simple and easy.
